The article above seems to reference the history of the water tower. Alas, I just moved and am not yet library-active in my new hometown, so I must leave it to somebody else with access to the archives can read it to see if they can multisource the article. 74.179.192.229 (talk) 12:25, 18 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

The article has been greatly expanded, including Before picture and additional citations.

This is notable? edit

Guess I'll start putting up articles about the half dozen city water-towers within an hour's drive of where I'm at. -- Alyas Grey : talk 01:57, 18 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

This one seems to be regionally well-known due to its use of the word "Y'all"... AnonMoos (talk) 09:08, 18 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
Can confirm. I live in Cincinnati, it is somewhat of an inside joke around here. Jdcomix (talk) 01:45, 9 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

An edit filter would not let me update one dead link with an archive link from the archive.today site. The Wayback Machine (web.archive.org) does not have an archive.

This is a major water tower and well known attraction in Kentucky and other parts of the U.S., due to it sitting directly on Interstate-75 which runs from Michigan to Florida. Veracious Rey talkcontribsreview 20:39, 9 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I demoted the importance of the article. Despite the article's author's claim in the first assessment, the water tower is a draw around the state, my strong feeling is, outside the Northern Kentucky area, the tower is unkown. Doing a google search of the "Y'all Tower" the only results were from local newspaper, the Wikipedia article, and a blog by Northern Kentuckian.

I'll grant the author's claim that it is indeed beside a major interstate highway and many people from outside the area see it. I submit, however that those two facts do not make the tower a "draw". It's a quirky thing you see beside the road. If it were the only quirky thing people traveling the interstate saw beside the road then there might be some merit in a mid rating, but interstates are chuck full with quirky things beside them.
