This needs to be edited by a native English speaker.

For example, presumably, 'This apparent difference shift the slope of logCp vs time curve in which now the apparent part of ke looks much smaller than it is if the drug is administered intravenously or by immediate-release formulation'

should be something like

'This apparent difference shifts the slope of logCp vs time curve so that the apparent part of ke now looks much smaller than it would if the drug was administered intravenously or by immediate-release formulation.'
