Talk:Fishguard and Goodwick railway station

I've checked a few facts against Parker & Morris, and also against Mitchell & Smith. It would help greatly if page numbers (figure numbers for M&S) could be provided. --Redrose64 (talk) 13:22, 14 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Possible Reopening

edit

The previous wording of this section was fairly speculative and unencyclopedic. I've done my best to reword it whilst containing the same content. If someone has a source stating that the council may be moving forward with the reopening of this station, please amend my wording and include it. Jamesd (talk) 14:22, 27 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

The council is indeed moving forward with reopening, with March 2012 being quoted: http://www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/content.asp?id=23546

The text says "it will reopen on 14 May 2012 ". Did it? Afterbrunel (talk) 09:23, 10 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
Who can say? There are still almost four days to go. --Redrose64 (talk) 20:26, 10 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
I live in Goodwick so have been following this closely, I will amend this section as appropriate when the 14th May 2012 has actually been etc.. Jimmy3d0 (talk) 23:36, 10 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
Also the citation which has been used to reference the 14th as the date of reopening seems to check out http://www.networkrail.co.uk/Fishguard-and-Goodwick-station.aspx Jimmy3d0 (talk) 23:45, 10 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
