editI removed this text: "Additionally, you may ask any scholar on the planet WTFARK "fischertechnik©" is and they will slap you." as I am not sure what purpose it serves or even, what it is trying to say. ++Lar 03:41, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
There seems to be almost as much information on Lego here as fishertechnik(?). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.202.248.52 (talk) 05:13, 5 January 2010 (UTC)
I will slap anyone who impugns the "notability" of Fischer-Technik. My childhood revolved around this toy. And I grew up in the United States. Geenius at Wrok (talk) 03:47, 11 February 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, I've reverted that. It was just some kind of drive-by editing by an IP editor. A Lego executive perhaps? :-) --Morn (talk) 06:45, 11 February 2011 (UTC)
Update on capitalization
editPer Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Trademarks we should continue to avoid using fischertechnik as the brand's name , and instead use either Fischertechnik or FischerTechnik. Since November 2011 FischerTechnik has been used. Arbitrarily0 (talk) 20:05, 18 February 2012 (UTC)
- "FischerTechnik" is complete invention. Not a single one of the sources uses it. Everyone uses "fischertechnik", which would be against MOS, so plain "Fischertechnik" should be used.
- Fix that at once. Wikipedia is not your personal playground. --91.10.7.160 (talk) 16:44, 1 December 2012 (UTC)
- Fixed it myself, I haven't noticed that this was not about the article title.
- (One guy even faked a source to get his peeve across.) --91.10.7.160 (talk) 16:51, 1 December 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks 91.10.7.160, good work. Arbitrarily0 (talk) 03:15, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
