Fixing issues

I am going through each of the Malory Towers articles to fix the various issues that have been identified. For most of the articles (with the sole exception of this one), this is going to involve a total rewrite of the "Plot Summary" sections which are way below an acceptable standard. I am also adding infoboxes, "Characters" and "Reviews" sections and external citations. I will also create new articles for "In the Fourth at Malory Towers" and "Last Term at Malory Towers."
