British Sailors and Commanders edit

This is not a unit of a country, is a part of a war faction. Muwatallis changes the template war faction, as Confederate States Navy, to template of military unit, without any explanation, to delete the British intervention, commanders and sailors. The main force of this squadron was de British sailors and commanders, not the chileans. --Caminoderoma (talk) 23:24, 10 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

The Chilean Navy is a military unit, and as such must have the corresponding infobox. Nowhere in the Template:Infobox military unit is it indicated that it is only for "recognized" countries. The changes have been duly explained. --Muwatallis II (talk) 23:52, 10 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
The template have rules for unrecognized states as the war faction of chilean insurgency.--Caminoderoma (talk) 01:04, 11 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Unrecognized state it is not irrelevant, for the contrary, Thomas Cochrane and British sailors can not fought for a recognized states. See Neutrality Act of 1819. And without the british the first chilean navy can not exist.--Caminoderoma (talk) 03:37, 11 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
