Apart from the grammatical errors, the area covered by the estate is obvious untrue: 7265 acres is an enormous area, and assuming 3 people per flat, that works out at roughly 5 acres per person, which is nuts. Any ideas regarding the real figure?FrFintonStack 22:06, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
