Finns Party is not Right-Wing or Far-Right. It's Centrist edit

It's not Right-Wing or Far-right party. Could it be changed like it's in Finnish section of Wikipedia? — Preceding unsigned comment added by FinnishPet (talkcontribs) 14:41, 2 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

No because grand majority of the sources consider them right or far-right. Even the outlier source quoted on Finnish wikipedia article concludes they're "Center-right". Finns party is also part of the far-right "Identity and Democracy" group and right-wing Nordic Freedom. If it quacks like a duck...RKT7789 (talk) 17:16, 2 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
.....but what if your "sources" are biased, unworthy and have a left-wing tilt themselves???
From a left-wing perspective even the centre looks right. 62.226.91.170 (talk) 23:27, 7 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
Reliable sources had referred the party as right-wing and far-right, not centrist. Vacant0 (talk) 12:49, 8 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
in what way? Braganza (talk) 07:20, 27 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
The grand majority of sources in the country they actually operate, including the horse's mouth do not consider them even moderately right wing. It might be considered "far right" on the very limited and extremely base level of understanding of politics that the US employs, but nowhere else. I do not think it is reasonable, and much less fair to judge a party that doesn't operate in the US by the skewed and frankly childish US political views. 178.55.159.170 (talk) 12:32, 21 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Centre right edit

The finnish page describes them as centre right to right wing 109.240.69.102 (talk) 05:39, 26 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

So what? Vacant0 (talk) 12:46, 26 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
So it is not sensible to judge a party that doesn't operate in the US by US standards, or for that matter standards of any other country it doesn't operate in. At this point the Finnish article has the only remotely accurate representation of the party even as a boilerplate. 178.55.159.170 (talk) 12:35, 21 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
Should be noted that it's kind of sad that something so obvious needs to be stated outright. 178.55.159.170 (talk) 12:36, 21 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
the source is from 2015... Braganza (talk) 06:40, 27 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Political position edit

@Pupettaja: You are welcome to change the political position, if you can find sources stating the position has changed. Until then, please don't remove the position from infobox.RKT7789 (talk) 16:15, 18 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
