So people made this riddiculously insignificant list and didn't bother to include the Ramones' song "Gimme Gimme Shock Treatment"? Way to go people.ROG 19 19:14, 19 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Remove A Beautiful Mind, the movie shows Insulin Coma Treatments not ECT. -- See also Talk:Electroconvulsive therapy

 - John Nash is depicted getting injected.
 - He has a tube up his nose for warm saline injection into the stomach (one method for stopping the hypoglycemic coma).
 - No electrodes are seen.
 - Several references are made in the dialog about insulin and later 'resuming insulin treatment'. [1] & [2]
 - IRL in 1961 John Nash received 6 weeks of ICT therapy at Trenton State Hospital. [3]
