Acquisition by Nijkerk Holding
According to Nijkerk's website http://www.nijkerk.com/history.html Nijkerk acquired Ferranti Computer Systems in 1994. Questions about the date were inserted a whole bunch of times in the article; I'll try fixing them, but if I miss some, this is the info I'm trying to add.
