editI created this article by moving a section out of the Fencibles article. I considered calling it Fencibles (United States), but as some of the names are Texan and may have existed before Texas joined the Union or while it was in the Confederacy, a disambiguation of (United States) may not be accurate. However I am not wedded to the extension and leave it to someone with more knowledge about this subject in what is now the U.S. to decide. -- PBS (talk) 10:33, 22 August 2017 (UTC)
