This article seems to cover the collecting aspect sufficiently, but it needs some elaboration on how duck stamps are actually used in the practical sense. Do hunters need to carry the stamps with them in case they are stopped by a game warden? Do the stamps need to be affixed to a license? OR, are these stamps just a nice way to contribute to wetlands protection? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.154.8.130 (talk) 21:51, 29 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

List of Federal Duck Stamp Contest Winners

edit

This section might be better titled "List of Federal Duck Stamp Artists." As the test says, the contest was initiated in 1949; artists before that time were not "winners." Dgorsline (talk) 11:21, 7 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Last Week Tonight with John Oliver segment

edit

On September 26, 2021, John Oliver featured Duck Stamps in a segment of his show. I deem this worth mentioning, but couldn’t find a suitable section, because there is none like “Duck Stamps in popular culture” yet. -- WA1TF0R 18:07, 27 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
