Too argumentative. To suggest that Armstrong's foes were "undeniably inferior" is to suggest that times don't matter in a racing sport. I don't notice the same hagiographic elements in Pete Sampras' entry. Not least because of the comment above, I have deleted the section debating Coppi and Merckx. Please reinstate if you wish but, if you do, please spare a moment to make it more a statement of facts and not what struck me as a string of muddled opinions.
