stop change

- As I explained in my last edit summary here, your source is a self-published book and therefore not a reliable source (see WP:RELIABLE); more importantly, it contradicts many reliable sources already cited on the page. In addition to adding Ikjan (with incorrect dates), which was only a base before the establishment of the Caliphate and therefore warrants its own discussion, you're also deleting Raqqada and changing the establishment dates of Mahdia, which is obviously wrong. Respect WP:BRD and do not revert or attempt to reimpose your edits, as this would be edit-warring (see WP:EDITWAR for what that means). R Prazeres (talk) 21:31, 29 March 2022 (UTC)
- Well, if you see it as a mistake and a source of error, then I will bring you the book of Ibn Khaldun, which is considered one of the oldest Muslim historians in the Middle Ages
- (If you don't understand Arabic, that's not my problem)
- Ikjan is considered a capital or a region for the emergence of the Kitama revolution to establish the Fatimid Empire, not just a military place
- Raqqa, I do not think that it was really the capital, and there is no ancient source to confirm this

Moreover, you (the IP) don't appear to be interested in a discussion at all; you were told that the current information is based on what is written in reliable sources, including well-cited historians who are experts on this topic. You've chosen to ignore them and to even go out of your way to delete some, without providing any arguments or evidence based on reliable sources in turn. - I don't know if that's your way of soliciting a response, but this is not a text-messaging service. Wikipedia is edited by volunteers and runs on consensus. If you reject everything everyone else says without good reason, then, speaking for myself at least, there is no reason to keep indulging this thread.
