I just assumed it was just a bad attempt at a un-Italian pseudonym so as not to arouse suspicion.

Cousin Wario?

Fit Tony

It is mentioned, and we shouldn't make an overly big deal about it. It's the same as how Snowball II died and Snowball V replaced II and looks the same and is called II. Fit Tony is called Fat Tony now, so nothing needs to change. CTJF83 chat 18:47, 13 December 2010 (UTC)

Real-life gangster Anthony Salerno has more views so far this month, and probably has at least as much "enduring notability and educational value" as the fictional character.
