Neutrality

The article was definitely written/edited by a Fat Joe fan, despite the fact that it tries to maintain the illusion of neutrality. Please get someone without a racial bias, who understands Hip Hop culture and isn't a Fat Joe fan re-work this article. FAT JOE IS A FAT FUCKER

problems with the summary

The initial part of this article (which should be a summary), is rather an introduction to the history of fat joe's career, only to be continued under 'HISTORY'. This needs to be changed. The history also skims over his first two albums, Jealous Ones Envy and Don Cartegena. Someone who is familiar with Joe should expand on these areas.

Also, Big Pun was not a member of D.I.T.C.

It is barely readable - the first sentence doesnt make any grammatical sense

"After Joe's rap protege, the similarly large, Puerto Rican, Bronx-based rapper, Big Pun, broke into the mainstream with his duet with the O'Jays, "I'm Not a Player" and its more popular remix, "Still Not a Player", featuring R&B singer Joe, Fat Joe began to follow suit."

Fall Back

Trivia Section

I seriously doubt the material under "trivia" is authentic. It should be deleted, IMHO.

Don Cartagena certifed "bologna"???

Don't worry, I'll change it.

Flops

When it says flop does it mean it didnt sell well at all or does it mean something else since i never seen the RIAA give that to any other album

Error in the Coding

In the box just before his biography, it says "This fatass retard was born in The Bronx of Puerto Rican,Joe was popular in the New York-underground hip hop scene during the early and mid-1990s. He was also a member of the D.I.T.C. Crew ("Diggin' in the Crates"), along with well-respected rappers/producers Showbiz and A.G., Buckwild, O.C., Diamond D, Big L and Lord Finesse, and was featured on early records by various members." I can't seem to find it in the code. Someone needs to edit this by moving it to the correct place and removing "fatass retard" for obvious reasons.

is his death for real? because i cant find anything saying this though it might still be early.

Bad article

Biased, unfounded, too many opinions... delete it until a better one comes up. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 128.255.202.119 (talk) 17:57, 18 January 2007 (UTC).

Diss Track

there should be something about the lastest diss track 50 cent released towards fat joe and camro, the diss track is called "we on some shit", featuring tony yayo and lloyd banks

It is unsourced, poorly written and it states it is a rumor. It looks like an anon post that was not checked. I've gotten rid of it. Aiden Fisher 01:05, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
I can't wait for the MTV music awards to come on, the one that 50 cent will be hosting beacaue no doubt something is going to go down there that we'll soon be able to add to this article. :D TeePee-20.7 (talk) 04:04, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Fatjoe tour.jpg

Image:Fatjoe tour.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
