No, sorry, it's still a copyvio as a close paraphrase. It has to be rewritten from scratch to avoid the copyvio problem, it can't just be reworded. I've reconsidered, however, whether the first paragraph is enough to retain the article if the copyvio material is removed, and I reluctantly think that it is, so I'm going to remove the speedy nom and delete the copyvio material, please don't add it back in without following the tips at close paraphrase.
