Perilano? edit

WTF? His surname is "Segieth", or where do you think comes "Teiges" from? 46.115.82.89 (talk) 23:24, 6 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Discography edit

Why is the discography written in reverse order (most recent albums at the top, earliest at the bottom)? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.19.13.66 (talk) 13:06, 1 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Agreed. Lets just remove it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.166.197.2 (talk) 00:12, 21 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

Tess Teiges edit

There have been recent reverts of recordings Fancy seems to have made as Tess Teiges https://www.discogs.com/artist/439686-Tess-Teiges but the revert note doesn't make it clear to why? What would need to happen to make those appropriate to list here? cshirky (talk) 12:54, 22 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Citing reliable sources with those additions. Materialscientist (talk) 12:57, 22 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
OK, that makes sense, and there are discographies of Tieges, so I can take that on, but if that was the weakness, why was this a deletion instead of Citation Needed? Because it's a BLP? cshirky (talk) 01:30, 23 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
Yes. Materialscientist (talk) 01:44, 23 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Someone's gone mad edit

"The topic of this article may not meet Wikipedia's general notability guideline. (March 2018)"

Can anybody please remove the above line from the article? This is insulting. Any Google search will show that Fancy is an artist who achieved a considerable deal of success as a singer. I can understand that some Wiki administrators or whoever don't know much about music. What I don't understand is that they can be stupid enough not to do any search before writing silly things. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:818:DDE8:3200:ED87:C066:5924:F28C (talk) 00:32, 1 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

The notability guidelines for music state that an artist is notable if they have appeared in any country's national music chart. A quick search of the German Chart shows that Fancy has had 10 charting singles. Therefore I am not sure why this line remains. PeteFromLeeds (talk) 20:11, 23 February 2021 (UTC)Reply

Translation edit

I suggest using a translation of the original German article which is of a much better quality. I can provide the translation, but I'm not sure on the correct procedure for adding it to the article.
