Merge

edit

Support: - THis page ought to cover the 528, 728, and 928. In addition, as "728JET" was later changed to just "728", the article should be renamed, possibly to Fairchild-Dornier 728 family. The Dornier 328 also needs alot of work, and should be renamed to [[Fairchild-Dornier 328 if it is going to include the 328JET, as it does now. - BillCJ 01:03, 13 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Still needs work now that I've done the merge. However, at least it's a start. —Joseph/N328KF (Talk) 04:18, 13 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Table

edit

wouldn't it be better to put the characteristics into a table, so as to be able to compare the 3 - quatzalcoatl 18:04 09/06/2007 (UTC)

Design

edit

We all know what the aircraft looked like. However, we shouldn't assume that the readers will know. Looking for basic information about the aircraft. Since there are no pictures, some description (such as low wing, 2 engines) may be useful. Either that or a link to a photo (not the photo itself unless we can find a legal one).

In other aircraft articles, there is some description of the basic design in this section. Archtransit (talk) 17:14, 3 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

I think the basic description of the aircraft should be in the first introduction. the point "design" is for a more detailed description. if the article is following the Wikipedia:AIR/PC the design point is too late for the basics in my opinion. Minkus (talk) 15:48, 27 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request its removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.
