I can confirm that the creator of the page is the dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Split (FESB), Croatia. Moreover, he is the most relevant person to create wikipage about this Faculty, which is one of the most recognizable institutions in a domain of technical sciences in Croatia.
