What does FMEA mostly refer to? edit

@Lithopsian What does FMEA mostly refer to? Geysirhead (talk) 21:12, 1 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

I couldn't say. However, it isn't really relevant. You don't move an article by cutting and pasting its contents into a redirect. If you don't have permissions to move it properly, you ask an admin to do it for you. Usually, you have a discussion first. In this case, since you are claiming there is a primary topic where there wasn't one before, I would very strongly suggest a discussion. Hopefully there will be a clear consensus that there is either a primary topic or not. In my experience, Wikipedia editors are very reluctant to establish a primary topic for an acronym; I've tried a number of times. Lithopsian (talk) 21:17, 1 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

What are you trying to achieve here? You're welcome to search my edit history, but it won't prove anything that I haven't already said and it won't help you make Failure mode and effects analysis the primary topic. I've explained how to proceed if that's what you want to do; I just think any attempt will crash and burn. Lithopsian (talk) 17:08, 5 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

I'll keep it polite and just say "No". Lithopsian (talk) 15:38, 6 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
