Ten Best Players of All Time edit
Can someone explain to me why we need to have a section on the Ten Best Players of All Time of this club? The list is completely unsourced (fails WP:CITE), it is in indiscrimate collection of information without any criteria (fails WP:NOT), it is one editor's opinion (fails WP:NPOV). It is completely unsuitable, yet two editors have restored it. Please explain this to me. 94.212.31.237 (talk) 14:51, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
- All true, but not having anything about Velež on Wikipedia would be really bad. It was one of the better football clubs in Yugoslavia and has a lot of influence in Bosnia and Herzegovina. AnelZukic (talk) 01:40, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
- There needs to be some criteria the selection is based on. Maybe listing only players with a certain number of goals they scored for Velež in the Yugoslav First League? Proposed merge from Red Army Mostar edit
The article Red Army Mostar was proposed for deletion last week - however, this was contested with the rationale "replace prod with merge target, should be reasonably trivial and valid section redirect". Any thoughts on this? ★ Bald Zebra ★ talk 10:40, 22 January 2013 (UTC)
