Fair use rationale for Image:Emblema obolon2.gif

edit

Image:Emblema obolon2.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

edit
The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

The result of the move request was: moved. Since this page has already been moved, and there is a bit of a WP:SNOW consensus going on below, we can go ahead and close this request. If any editor wants a different name, including the previous name, to be the title of this article, then a new move request can be opened at any time. Kudos to editors for your input, and Happy Publishing! (nac by page mover) P.I. Ellsworth  ed. put'r there 00:25, 1 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

FC Obolon-Brovar KyivFC Obolon Kyiv – The team seems to have made a name change before the 2020–21 season from FC Obolon-Brovar Kyiv to FC Obolon Kyiv Brudder Andrusha (talk) 23:02, 30 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Alex95-Ukraine: The issue is that we do not want a deletion of FC Obolon Kyiv which is where this was going initially. Also this gets the attention of our own project admins. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 11:52, 31 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Brudder Andrusha: What do you mean? It was just a redirect and I couldn't move the article until that redirect is deleted. Alex (talk) 15:03, 31 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
@Alex95-Ukraine: This is not the first time we are moving FC Obolon Kyiv. Back in 2013 when FC Obolon-Brovar Kyiv was reformed there were two separate articles and a struggle to have one article about the club. If you have a look at the history of FC Obolon Kyiv it is not a straight forward Redirect. There is previous history which is quite elaborate about the FC Obolon Kyiv that existed until 2013. Admins will have to figure how to save all that history because it is relevant about what is saved here on Wikipedia. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 17:13, 31 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
I know that there were some history, and that was the reason why I couldn't move the article. But that history is just from separated article, which was merged with this one in 2016, so I don't know why you care about it. History from 2005 is still here. Alex (talk) 20:07, 31 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
Not to worry now. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 22:04, 31 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

(@Aleksandr Grigoryev:, @Alex95-Ukraine:, @John B123: This section has been created for the moving the current article to the new name of the team which of course was used last by the team between 2001–2013. Brudder Andrusha (talk) 23:02, 30 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
