Fair use rationale for Image:Express logo.gif

Image:Express logo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Cleanup

I cleaned this thing up quite a bit. It still lacks citations and is otherwise really stupid. --Lindsay (talk) 01:04, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

The Express Employee Discount & Return Policy

Is it alright to be stating the express emyployee discount and payrate so bluntly in the criticism section? I also thought minimum wage was starting at $7.15 since 2006, I don't know how one can survive earning $5.15 in a retail store being of an adult age. Furthermore, employees aren't necessarily required to wear express clothing. Associates have a dress code to follow, the only "Express only" rule is that if they have to wear jeans, it would have to be Express jeans and graphic-t's for men would also have to be from Express (and the obvious "no logo's from other stores" rule).

As for the return policy, there are stores that still need Identification regardless of receipt or not which still limits the amounts of returns. Whoever edited the section made it seem like I can excessively buy one pair of jeans and shirt and exchange it as many times as I'd like to have a new outfit for the whole year. —Preceding unsigned comment added by PerseusHADES (talkcontribs) 13:30, 3 November 2008 (UTC)
