If there has been found exculpatory evidence, and they continue the case untill it has been issued to your defence, and the prosicution does not release the evidence by the next date can the case be dismissed. This being said the police had to interview the witnesses, and the defence says we have to continue the case or loose the evidence I was wondering how long before the judge would dismiss the case.
