WP:SYNTH? edit

Is this article a synthesis of published sources advancing a position? Not sure as I'm unfamiliar with the subject matter, but that was how it came across to me. Cassandra 73 (talk) 18:05, 6 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Burn's theory is not the the uncontested front-running theory of the origins of schizophrenia. It is one of several theories that are well known in this literature. In addition to Burn's article, there are several reviews of this field which are not mentioned: Tim Crow, Martine Brune, and Joseph Polimeni and Jeff Reiss have written reviews in peer-reviewed journals and each has been substantially cited. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.76.168.110 (talk) 04:32, 7 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
