Rowlatts Hill & Goodwood

This appears to be a personal description, which is not what Wikipedia does. It is worthwhile having information about these parts of the Evington ward, but please find reliable secondary sources that give the information you wish to include and reference them. You haven't said what you think is wrong with the coordinates in the article, and they appear to be basically correct. (I've tweaked them a bit to be more centered in the ward.)
