WP:THREE sources:

Source 5: The Israeli Prime Minister's Office Website: http://www.pmo.gov.il/English/PrimeMinistersOffice/DivisionsAndAuthorities/cyber/Pages/Head.aspx

Source 9: Wall Street Journal: https://www.wsj.com/articles/israeli-cybersecurity-chief-focused-on-future-threats-1433276253

Source 15: Defense News: https://www.defensenews.com/interviews/2016/07/11/interview-eviatar-matania-head-of-israel-s-national-cyber-directorate/

And should you be inclined to look into one additional source then I suggest Source 17, the Times of Israel: https://www.timesofisrael.com/staying-humble-is-key-to-staying-safe-says-israels-cyber-chief/

@LiuCixin: The Israeli Prime Minister's Office Website is not an WP:INDEPENDENT source so we can't use that to establish notability. Some editors consider an interview to be a WP:PRIMARY so the Defense news piece is possibly borderline. The WSJ requires a subscription but from what I can see, it looks good. The Times of Israel also looks good. Two good source is our minimum and it looks like we're there. I hope to have time later this week to give it a final look if someone else doesn't get to it first. ~Kvng (talk) 01:20, 6 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Kvng: Thanks for the prompt reply and for the clarification vis-a-vis WP:INDEPENDENT. In that case, may I suggest that along with WSJ and Times of Israel the examination of Columbia University's discussion of Matania's lecture there? It seems to qualify for both notability substantiation and WP:IDEPENDENT, see here: https://sipa.columbia.edu/news/head-israel%E2%80%99s-national-cyber-bureau-discusses-cybersecurity-evolution-challenges (And if a governmental resource is required, then may I suggest this US Senate press release?: https://www.rounds.senate.gov/newsroom/press-releases/sasc-cyber-subcommittee-chairman-mike-rounds-hosts-informal-meeting-with-israeli-directorate- ) Thanks again for your kind assistance. ~User:LiuCixin
