Merge suggestion

Evgeny Ivanushkin and Yevgeny Ivanushkin are the same person, it is only different ways of writing his Russian name with English letters. Can the two pages be merged? I don't know which way of writing the name is prefereable. Lilac pig (talk) 12:10, 27 February 2017 (UTC)

See discussion on WP:RD/L#Evgeny or Yevgeny?. The consensus thus far is to merge, with support for the spelling Yevgeny per WP:RUS transliteration rules.
