It still is being debated among critics, musicians and fans over such a rule change during the competition to justify its result. However the result, Bozhanov made an unforgettable impression and has become the most talked about pianist in the competition - I don't think so, I have never heard anyone disputing the result concerning Bozhanov. Actually, I have heard many people debating the results. But that doesn't belong on Wikipedia, since it's all just hearsay.
