Is there any independent research verifying that this program has the intended result? This sounds like a useful program, but it might well be as ineffective as the DARE program is in preventing drug abuse.

Also, it seems that the "Every 15 Minutes" name itself is incorrect since, according to the NHTSA, the actual figure is more like 30 minutes.69.231.26.121 23:21, 29 July 2007 (UTC)

The program states that the 15 minutes figure is now 30, due to improvements in traffic safety education programs, but the name is still the same. Also, i am unsure if the program is really intended for just juniors and seniors, because my high school just particiated, and it was a whole school affair that affected all 4 grades. Removing EKG "logo"

I have removed the graphic of an EKG with the text "Every 15 Minutes". It was claimed to be the logo of the Every 15 Minutes program, but is not. The national Every 15 Minutes program does not have a logo as far as I can tell, see [1]. The graphic that was used here appears to be a promotional graphic used by the California Highway Patrol for its program, see [2]. --AllenS (talk) 14:42, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
