Orphaned references in Evelyn MacGuire
editI check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Evelyn MacGuire's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "Newcomers":
- From Oscar MacGuire: Kilkelly, Daniel (27 August 2013). "'Home and Away': Meet newcomers Hannah, Oscar and Evelyn". Digital Spy. Retrieved 28 July 2015.
- From Hannah Wilson (Home and Away): Kilkelly, Daniel (27 August 2013). "'Home and Away': Meet newcomers Hannah, Oscar and Evelyn". Digital Spy. Retrieved 27 August 2013.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 01:07, 26 August 2015 (UTC)
time for new page?
editI think Evelyn should have her own page as she is quite notable now along with having storylines of her own.188.31.195.227 (talk) 16:35, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
- In order for her to have her own article, you/someone needs to establish that notability. Simply copying and pasting the list entry isn't enough. I suggest taking a look at WP:GNG, WP:FICT and WP:SOAPS. Also Oscar MacGuire's article is a good example of what the article should look like. There's casting, storyline development and reception information from secondary sources. Like any article, you have to put some work into it. - JuneGloom07 Talk 18:11, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
