European Space Policy  Space policy of the European Union

Although program is named "European Space Policy", IT'S NOT the policy of all coutries in Europe. Policy was created by European Space Agency. ESA consist of 19 countries while in Europe is 42 countries. Besides Canada is a member of ESA so for sure it's not european space policy. The only correct name is "Space policy of European Union".
