Stabilisation and Association process (suggestion to Wgeelhoed) edit

Wgeelhoed, you're right. How about: "The Stabilisation and Association process covers official candidates Croatia, Macedonia and Montenegro, applicants Albania and Serbia, and potential candidates Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo[a]"? CostaDax (talk) 11:27, 21 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

I changed the text accordingly. It certainly is clearer having a middel category of countries having submitted an application. Wgeelhoed 14:41, 21 February 2011 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wgeelhoed (talkcontribs)
Great! I will only add a comma after Serbia to make the distinction clearer and to be precise in the correct usage of punctuation. CostaDax (talk) 14:49, 21 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
Kindly stop giving wrong facts If you do noyt know your fact kindly stop posting them on wikipedia. Article 310 TFEU ( former 238 EC) does not talk about association agreements. Please get someone who knows about the treaties to contribute. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 145.116.9.60 (talk) 14:28, 26 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Kosovo? edit

This is a clear violation of the neutrality of the article.

Kosovo is depicted as if a fully independent country and southern neighbor of Serbia, and not in a neutral manner. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.110.240.97 (talk) 16:12, 29 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Syria CA edit

Hi @Rob984: I reverted your edit moving Syria. While I agree that based on the treaty title it might seem that it isn't an AA, my research when constructing this list led me to conclude otherwise. Most importantly, this (now dead) link listed 6 CAs (5 of which are no longer in force) as meeting the definition of AA. According to that article, the definition of an AA is an agreement for which "The legal basis for their conclusion is Article 310 (ex 238) TEC;" (which is the case for the Syrian CA: [1]). Whether that is a necessary or sufficient condition I don't know, nor how this applies to other CAs in force. TDL (talk) 02:24, 27 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
