Untitled edit

Robert E. Masznicz (the creator of the article) is a teacher of The School. He has translated part of text from Polish Wikipedia (pl:Europejska Wyższa Szkoła Prawa i Administracji) in the way of using terms, that are formerly used on official English webside of the School. That is why any copyrights couldn't be ofended in this case. Robert E. Masznicz (talk) 13:35, 20 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Possible copyright vio. edit

Even so, the copyright is held by the university. If you contend that the university releases the text under the GFDL, you will have to provide evidence for this to the wikimedia foundation. It would be easier to just rephrase the article. However, I will notify WP:CP and you will be required to provide evidence of permission etc. - Toon05 14:03, 20 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

If you submitted work to Wikipedia which you had previously published (especially online), and your submission was marked as a potential infringement of copyright, then stating on the article's talk page that you are the copyright holder of the work, while not likely to prevent deletion, helps. It is sufficient to either:

  • Make a note permitting reuse under the GFDL at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en at wikimedia dot org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation.

Thank You for the above. To make it simple, I, as the creator of the article, have re-written it by doing a new translation of the Polish Wikipedia to avoid a way that was used in official School Webside. New text is on European School of Law and Administration/Temp. Robert E. Masznicz (talk) 14:40, 20 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Nice work. I've replaced the old article with the new one, but it could do with being expanded. If you want to add some more info, I'd be happy to copyedit it for grammer, spelling, fluency in english etc. - Toon05 15:12, 20 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
