Image copyright problem with File:EFTA logo.svg edit

The image File:EFTA logo.svg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

European Free Trade Association Surveillance AuthorityEFTA Surveillance Authority – While EFTA is indeed an acronym for the European Free Trade Association, the correct name of the institution described in this article is the EFTA Surveillance Authority. That is the name under which it was established through Article 108 of the EEA Agreement (http://www.efta.int/media/documents/legal-texts/eea/the-eea-agreement/Main%20Text%20of%20the%20Agreement/EEAagreement.pdf) and the only designation being used in official documents. Moving the page would thus be in line with Wikipedia naming conventions, using a commonly recognizable name and one that readers are likely to search for, and at the same time being precise and concise.
