Adding Giraffe Culling Controversy to Page edit

I don't think the Marius controversy belongs here, but if you're going to propose language, please use the Sandbox to test it out first - that way you can preview to ensure that your formatting works and your references aren't broken. Here's some basic tips.

A note about sources: A self published source, eg an organization's own website or a blog, are generally frowned upon in Wikipedia. The policy, as I know it, is that if it's a notable occurrence worthy of inclusion here, it will have been mentioned in at least one reliable source. It's not a hard and fast rule, but simply writing "The EAZA Website" or "a blog" at the end of a paragraph doesn't cut it. Make sure your claims are sourced and verifiable.
