Galton Institute paragraph 3:

The Galton Institute derives from the Eugenics Education Society which was founded in 1907.

Galton Institute article states: that the institute had changed its name several times, and the article talk page refutes any dispute about it by citing a reliable source book...

"Eugenics, Human Genetics and Human Failings: The Eugenics"--This book is in part a history of the Eugenics Society written by a historian who appears to disagree - see its Preface: ".. the society itself has changed its name to the Galton Institute."

A previous edit to this "Eugenics society" article seems to have been "mostly correct," but was reverted / revised by a person who did not fully check their facts: Fastfission(Talk| contribs) --

The Eugenics movement went underground following the exposure of the supreme Eugenicists (the Nazis) in the 1930s and 1940s. The UK Eugenics Society merely changed its name to the Galton Institute. This Institute maintains an active role in abortion and sterilisation internationally and funds several international reproductive heatlh organisation who practice enforced sterilisation, mainly in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Hitler was funded by some bankers and industrialists whose leanings and scientific studies favored eugenics. Who were these bankers and industrialists and what studies were these?

Fritz Thyssen, Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., Prescott S. Bush Ref, Henry Ford Ref, Rockefellers, five American banks Chase Manhattan, J.P Morgan, Guaranty Trust Co. of New York, Bank of the City of New York and American Express.

The studies or these or these. Oldspammer (talk) 22:31, 31 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
