I'm not sure this article establishes the subject's notability. The only sources are his own Departmental profile pages, which he presumably wrote himself. There really need to be several peer-reviewed published sources about Prof. Mason to establish why he's worthy of an encyclopedia entry. The list of publications also seems not very selective and quite out of date. I will post some banners in case someone is watching this page and wants to have a go at improving it sufficiently to meet the general notability guidelines.
