Fair use rationale for Image:Xm escape.jpg edit

Image:Xm escape.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

I think the article needs a much more detailed description. At first I thought this channel would be mostly sappy love songs by, say, Barry Manilow and the Carpenters. There's a bit of that, but the channel is far better than I expected. The instrumentals of classic rock and pop songs are really quite good--especially those by James Last. Many Beatle tunes are played in rather novel arrangements. The selection of music covers everything from 1902 (The Entertainer by Scott Joplin) to the present. Of course, strings and piano are emphasized, with some wind and brass instruments; percussive instruments are downplayed. For stress-relief and soothing melodies, I highly recommend this channel and was very pleasantly surprised--there's even Neil Diamond and Willie Nelson here! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.94.242.206 (talk) 22:01, 30 November 2010 (UTC)Reply

This isn't a discussion on the topic but on the article itself. The format is "beautiful music" which is rather heavily skewed towards non-vocal tunes from Percy Faith and instrumental versions of pop hits, and is what some have called "Muzak" or "elevator music." Consider adding your insights to the article. There's no reason not to. Enjoy contributing to Wikipedia!! --KJRehberg (talk) 04:01, 6 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for File:Escape logo.svg edit

File:Escape logo.svg is being used on this article.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a non-free use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
