As a matter of general principle - We really need better references that simply a vage ref to a television programme from 9 years ago. I've added a better source, but in the future you should really take care to add reliable and verifiable reference, especially to articles on living people, as otherwise the articles will continue to get tagged and may even be deleted. On an aside: You might want to check if this person is identical to the person lists at Philippine Veterans Affairs Office and if so include info if applicable. At the moment the notability of his person is rather a bit iffy. Travelbird (talk) 10:38, 12 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
If quoting a wwebiste as a ref, you need to include a link to that site. Otherwise again, it becomes very hard to verify where ther information comes from and whether it is correct. Travelbird (talk) 10:53, 12 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
As I noted on your talk page, you misinterpreted the reference: it refers to an online article, not a television program. I dug back and found the URL, so we should be spiffy there. In terms of notability, it's not even a question; he was a top-ranking military leader. Even if he was only the administrator of the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office, he would still meet the guidelines for notability, but he isn't. My point wasn't that that would make him less, but rather more notable. Travelbird (talk) 11:50, 12 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
