@Scope creep: Thank you for reminding me to add this to the talk page! I added a "copy edit" tag because there are small grammatical errors or typos throughout the article. For example, verb tense, word spacing, and possessive apostrophes, respectively illustrated below.
Between October 1937 and April 1939, Maertens was Director of Staff of Inspections in Naval Signals and order again on a temporary basis to be Acting Inspector of Naval Signals
