I was astounded to discover that this article has been unsourced for more than six years. I searched, and sources do seem to be out there, but they are in Spanish, which I cannot read. I'm probably talking to myself here, but if someone who can read Spanish were to search Google news archives, there seem to be plenty of sources available.
