Enrich Professional Publishing and Enrich Publishing

Keep aside COI problem of the article. Did Enrich Professional Publishing equals to "Enrich Publishing", know in Chinese language as 天窗出版社? Matthew_hk tc 17:19, 19 October 2018 (UTC)
