Endurance the term is used to describe the extreme capability of a person or athlete some people are born looking like race horses so they are one step ahead of the game because their natural endurance is also known as their talent. However for those of you that don’t exactly look and feel like natural born athletes have no fear as endurance can be mastered with extensive training. to have endurance in anything you must be physically fit. After you have 'become' fit you can start with the extensive endurance training. There are various ways to go about endurance training but i find that the pool is the best place to learn.

"Modern humans and their immediate ancestors such as Homo erectus sport several adaptations that make humans, instead of some ferocious, furry, or fleet creature, the animal world’s best distance runners."

Training for endurance can reduce the ability to exert endurance strength[1]

That is not what the reference says. It is a study about how training for both strength and endurance tends to make you less strong. That is related to the fact that there are two types of muscle fibers: type I and type II. The former is responsible for responsible for endurance activity (eg. long distance running) while the latter is about explosive force. Developing one hinders the development of the other. Endurance training is going to increase endurance strength, but will reduce explosiveness (eg. sprint running). 2804:14C:F281:9576:2C7B:8E95:1E2C:215B (talk) 12:57, 22 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
