Lead should START with WHAT an Endosome IS. edit

This current lead describes endosomes, plural, and should really start by describing a single endosome, and only then mention that there are many of them in a cell. Something like this:
An Endosome is a membrane-bound cytoplasmic vessicle which brings material which is outside the cell into the cell. An endosome is created by the invagination (folding inward) of a cell’s plasma membrane to surround macromolecules or other matter diffusing through the extracellular fluid.
