Adamstom.97, here's what the book says: In initial drafts of "End of the Beginning," the climax was set in an abandoned shopping mall. But the location was changed when the crew discovered the opportunity to film at Souther California's historic Hollywood Park. A hub for Hollywood's elite since 1938, the storied racetrack was sold and shut down at the end of 2013. An auction January 24 and 25 left the track an abandoned shell. On January 27 and 28, the Art Department worked its magic, boarding up doors and inserting furniture to prep for production. So what I tried to state was, the abandoned mall was the first location, but it changed to the racetrack, once that had been abandoned by the auction during the filming dates. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 15:26, 24 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
