US availability edit
Until 1975, UK and European imports of the LP, as well as bootlegs like Gulliver's Gone, filled the void. MCA's Congress label and/or Bell Records were gonna put it out, but attention went to the self-titled album instead.Sposato (talk) 04:46, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
Skyline Pigeon edit
The article currently states that the "definitive" version of Skyline Pigeon is the one recorded along with the Don't Shoot Me I'm Only the Piano Player album. That is a matter of opinion.
