Copyright violation and sources
editTotsy (talk · contribs) just blammed copies of non-free content over the top of what used to be here. That has been reverted to the prior non-infringing version, per copyright policy. There are tens of source citations, of varying degrees of relevance, in both the copyright infringing and much older versions of the article (which was simply blanked in 2009 with no explanation by a person without an account). If you want to find sources on this subject, you can do worse than start by reading this revision and this revision of the article for the citations (but not the prose).
