Director of BIS edit

Connections with Thomas McKittrick of Chase Bank enable Puhl to become a US naturalised citizen in 1950. Puhl then went on to serve as a director for the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) at Basel (Switzerland). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.106.172.215 (talk) 21:51, 7 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

NAZI Gold edit

Can anyone explain why so much of this article goes into the stealing of gold from Jews and what is generally referred to as the NAZI "Final Solution". Although it has some relevance, Puhl's role must have been minor or he would not have got away with 5 years incarceration at his Nuremberg trial. In fact was Emil Puhl not of Jewish origin. Far more interesting would be his role in the banking system generally pre and post WWII especially his time at the Bank of International Settlements and his US Naturalisation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.121.186.28 (talk) 08:02, 13 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
